RETURN POLICY FOR BEEKEEPING SUPPLIES AND HONEY PRODUCTS
We stand behind the quality of our beekeeping supplies and honey products; we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges.
To return an item, please email us at bphbees@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
Please note that all honey products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with all accessories and documentation. Items that have been opened or used will not be accepted for return.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item(s). The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at bphbees@gmail.com and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and process a replacement.
We do not accept returns for final sale items.
It’s important to note that honey is a natural product and may crystallize over time, this is not considered as a defect, but rather a natural process that does not affect the quality or taste of the honey.
RETURN POLICY NUCS, PACKAGES, & COLONIES
Once the Nuc(s), Package(s), or Colony(s) leave our care, we cannot guarantee their performance or health of the colony. Due to many factors that influence colony health including unforeseen complications during transportation or individual beekeeping practices, We will not guarantee the Nucs(s), Package(s), or Colony(s) themselves or provide refunds once they have left our care. Nuc(s), Package(s), or Colony(s) cannot be exchanged. If we are unable to fullfil your order we will reimburse your deposit.
If you have purchased a Nuc(s), Package(s), or Colony(s) from us, and your queen dies or abandons the hive. We will provide you a new queen at no cost. It is our duty to you and to the honeybee population to help provide your hives the best chance at survive. While we can not guarantee the colonies health, due to our breeding program, we do guarantee the queens that come in our Nuc(s), Package(s), or Colony(s).

Once the queen(s), virgin queen(s) and/or queen cell(s) leave our care we cannot guarantee their acceptance into your hive, their performance, or their health.
Due to many factors that influence queen(s), virgin queen(s) and/or queen cell(s) health and introduction success, including unforeseen complications during transport or individual beekeeping practices, We do not guarantee our individual queen(s) sales or provide refunds once the queen(s), have left our care. However, if you have purchased a package(s), nuc(s), or colony(s) from us, and your queen dies or abandons the hive. We will provide you a new queen at no cost. If we are unable to fullfil your order we will reimburse your deposit.
